Fitness experience: I began my fitness career through LesMills™ and have taught at numerous gyms in the Aiken-Augusta area. I’ve also been a guest instructor at several gyms along the East Coast.

 

Certifications: BodyPump®; RPM®; GRIT®; and CXWORX®; certified as a personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine

 

Education: Master’s Degree in Psychology

 

Something you might not know about me: I spent seven years as a Navy Corpsman attached to a Marine Corps unit.

Fitness experience: Has taught group fitness for more than 30 years (Yikes, I’m old.)

 

Certifications: BarreAmped®; Power Pilates; Yogafit; certified as a personal trainer through the America College of Sports Medicine

 

Education: Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Physiology from the University of Oklahoma; Master of Arts in Physiology from the University of Maryland

SCHEDULE UPDATES

We will be open regular business hours through the July Fourth holiday. Training sessions and Group Fitness classes will not be offered Tuesday, July 4.

Low attendance has forced us to discontinue Saturday Step for the remainder of the summer. We may offer it once again in the fall.

Hours of Operation

 

Monday — Thursday: 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Friday: 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
