What should I wear or bring to class?
- Clothing that is comfortable but not too baggy. Most participants prefer leggings.
- Shoes aren’t allowed in the studio. Bare feet or yoga socks are OK.
- Bring water and towel. All that shaking will make you thirsty.
How fit should I be?
The beauty of BarreAmped® is that everyone from beginners to advanced can get a workout that continually challenges their muscles. It is important that you work and push yourself wherever you are and not to compare yourself to anyone else. This is your journey.
How often should I take a class?
At least three times a week because learning proper form is crucial to getting results.
Can I attend classes while pregnant?
Yes, as long as it’s OK with your doctor. Please contact us for details regarding required modifications for the safety of both you and your baby.
