How fit should I be?
You don’t need to be fit, just physically active and able to move freely.
How often should I take a class?
You’ll feel real benefits from coming to class just once a week, but most participants enjoy it so much that they average three times a week. Listen to your body to figure out what’s right for you.
Can I attend classes while pregnant?
Yes, as long as it’s OK with your doctor. Please contact us for details regarding required modifications for the safety of both you and your baby.
