What is it?

Is a yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses creates the ultimate mind-body experience.

What should I wear or bring to class?

  • Comfortable workout clothes
  • Shoes aren’t necessary for this class
  • A yoga mat if you want, but we have plenty for you

How fit should I be?

You don’t need to be fit, just physically active and able to move freely.

How often should I take a class?

You’ll feel real benefits from coming to class just once a week, but most participants enjoy it so much that they average three times a week. Listen to your body to figure out what’s right for you.

Can I attend classes while pregnant?

Yes, as long as it’s OK with your doctor. Please contact us for details regarding required modifications for the safety of both you and your baby.

SCHEDULE UPDATES

We will be open regular business hours through the July Fourth holiday. Training sessions and Group Fitness classes will not be offered Tuesday, July 4.

Low attendance has forced us to discontinue Saturday Step for the remainder of the summer. We may offer it once again in the fall.

Monday — Thursday: 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Friday: 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
