What is it?

How fit should I be?

If you can lift a bag of sugar, sign up. Beginners should focus on form and posture to increase effectiveness without the risk of injury.

How often should I take a class?

We know you’ll love it, but pacing yourself is important because muscles need time to relax and recover. This is an intense workout, so it’s best to skip a day.

Can I attend classes while pregnant?

Yes, as long as it’s OK with your doctor. Please contact us for details regarding required modifications for the safety of both you and your baby.

We will be open regular business hours through the July Fourth holiday. Training sessions and Group Fitness classes will not be offered Tuesday, July 4.

Low attendance has forced us to discontinue Saturday Step for the remainder of the summer. We may offer it once again in the fall.

Monday — Thursday: 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Friday: 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
