What is it?

A 60-minute mix of cardio and barbells that uses real weights for real results real fast. It works major muscle groups in the chest, back, shoulders and abs.

What should I wear or bring to class?

How fit should I be?

If you can lift a bag of sugar, sign up. Beginners should focus on form and posture to increase effectiveness without the risk of injury.

How often should I take a class?

We know you’ll love it, but pacing yourself is important because muscles need time to relax and recover. This is an intense workout, so it’s best to skip a day.

Can I attend classes while pregnant?

Yes, as long as it’s OK with your doctor. Please contact us for details regarding required modifications for the safety of both you and your baby.
