Practitioner Assisted Stretching

Practitioner Assisted Stretching

Village Fitness is proud to offer a new service aimed at helping you address chronic pain, increase your range of motion, improve your posture, and advance your athletic potential!

Wouldn’t it be great if your trainer could work out for you? Wouldn’t you like to lay back, relax, and let your trainer do the work, while YOU get the results? That is exactly what we are offering!

This new concept is called Practitioner Assisted Stretching. You relax on a table, and your personal stretching coach works to make your body move better, feel better, and become more metabolically active.

Our facility is 100% dedicated to improving your health and wellness. This new concept of practitioner assisted stretching is being utilized around the country to help people relieve pain and move better. We are happy to bring this service to you. This isn’t being offered anywhere within 100 miles so we are privileged to be the first in the area to provide this for our community.
