Yoga, Pilates, & More

Flow Yoga

Flow is a yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses creates the ultimate mind-body experience.

Gentle Stretch

Gentle Stretch is a beginner level yoga class that focuses on range of motion and stability level exercises, which is great for gaining flexibility and core strength.

Pilates

Pilates remains a favorite among fitness fans. Pilates helps keep muscles loose and flexible, making your body less susceptible to injury and allowing it to recuperate while still working your muscles. Pilates is a resistance exercise, that mostly works your core.

Pilates Plus

This workout will build upon the concepts of Pilates to bring you a low-impact, total body workout. This is a mat-based class in which you will perform repetitive exercises designed around Pilates reformer exercises and traditional strength training principles. With a heavy focus on core strengthening and alignment, this class may help relieve back pain, improve posture, and tone your muscles.

Restorative Yoga

This practice is designed for those who suffer from chronic body fatigue or experience acute pain from overactivity. Through its relaxed postures and breathing techniques, Restorative Yoga helps to restore energy to tense muscles and release tight areas of the body. Restorative poses are mostly seated and reclining with the use of a chair, bolsters, blocks, balls, sandbags, and blankets. All poses are held (with prop support) for several minutes to ensure the release of synovial fluid to lubricate the connective tissue surrounding joints as well as to soften the tight knots found deep in the fascia tissue.

Yoga

Yoga increases the range of motion in joints. And no matter your level of yoga, most people see results in very short order. It also improves; strength, muscle-tone, posture, and more.
