Aerial Yoga – NEW Training class!
Aerial yoga is a type of yoga which uses a hammock to allow participants to perform poses that they may not typically be able to attempt on a yoga mat. It combines conventional yoga with moves inspired by Pilates and dance.
Aerial yoga is thought to be especially beneficial for those who spend a longtime sitting, or who have back pain, as aerial yoga has a decompressing effect on the body. Aerial yoga aids in strengthening and stretching the entire body, decompressing the spine, improving digestion, boost circulation, along with emotional and spiritual benefits. At Village Fitness we offer 3 different Team Training Programs that can be combined to give you the proper balance between strength training and metabolic conditioning that your body needs to reach your goals. Learn more about these programs below.
We will place you in the proper level of training to meet your goals and movement quality. During your training sessions, you will meet with one of our certified coaches in our Small Group format (2-5 people). In this personalized setting, you will be exposed to in-depth instruction while focusing on your specific goals.
You meet with a certified trainer in a strictly private session. For one hour, you receive one-on-one instruction while concentrating on a workout built around your specific goals and personal assessment.
What is Large team training?
Each group workout is designed to increase your functional strength, minimize injuries and boost your body’s metabolism. Hands down, this is the best fat-loss workout available.

You can’t build a great home without a solid foundation.
Fitness is similar to your home in that you first need to establish proper movement and a base level of conditioning before beginning to build more advanced layers of fitness.
With a challenging, full-body program, Foundations will ensure that you avoid injury, make progress at your pace and begin the path to success. These sessions are great for the individual that hasn’t exercised in a while and just getting started.

Many people strength train with weights while others do cardio or aerobics – somewhere in between is Afterburn, the ultimate fat loss workout. Some of the tools and techniques may seem new to you, but many have been around for over 100 years!
Not only will you burn up to 1,000 calories an hour, you will continue to burn fat and calories up to 48 hours after your workout is complete. Hence the name Afterburn!
Want to get stronger, slimmer and more athletic?
Industrial Strength is the solution. Working with heavier loads and less reps means more strength without the bulk. This program combines old school tools with modern science to provide you with the fastest path to better strength and conditioning.
These sessions are great for building lean mass, which makes your body more efficient at burning that unwanted fat mass.
